Corrective action (FAR 33.102)

Agencies may take corrective action under FAR 33.102(b). The actual — amend, reevaluate, discuss, re-solicit, reaward — controls remaining rights. A reaward is a new decision with a new record and potentially new , merits, and stay clocks. The original protest does not automatically preserve every challenge to a later reaward; decode the corrective-action notice like a new event.

Watch for

Don’t treat corrective action as an award to the protester, or dismissal as academic as a win on the merits.
